Since I can officially no longer sleep at night because of that Corvette, I've given up mourning what I can't have, and plotted a way I can buy her, if the stars should align just right. It all depends entirely on my being able to land a job. I've been trying for over a year and over 15 applications ended in no results, but my Maggie (for that is her name now: short for Magpie) makes me want to try double-time. Everybody wish real hard and maybe I'll have something in the next couple weeks!

Howdy, y'all.

In a hermit crab shell (I've never liked nuts), I'm a crazed gearhead and geek dwelling in Colorado, but a proud Missouri redneck by blood. I've been on dA for three years on my main account *inkpenofdeath. I started this one so I could interact better with the gearhead community.

Life is pretty much made tolerable by cars. My dream job is photographing or restoring old muscle cars, since working for Shelby is kind of unrealistic. You'll find that my obsessive faves are classic Mustangs and Corvettes, so expect to see a lot of those. However I can appreciate any hot lookin' and soundin' ride regardless of make. I'm also a big fan of planes and military jets.

I love meeting fellow grease monkeys, so give a holler if you like my stuff or have some car shots you wanna show me because I love seeing those too!

Congrats on all points! I wish our bills would go down. There's a premium El Camino for sale that my mom and sister are itching to buy. But since we're still paying on both cars, and couldn't afford to squeeze in another, they have to let it go. Just the mortgage payment went up so high recently that we're probably gonna have to move out.
